1. Participation in the Program
The Accordion Table affiliate program is built on long-term collaboration, trust, and clear expectations on both sides.
By applying to and being approved for the Accordion Table affiliate program (“Program”), you become an affiliate (“Affiliate”) and agree to these terms. Participation requires prior approval from our team.
These terms apply exclusively to the Accordion Table affiliate program and are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent partnership for everyone involved.
2. Commission and Qualifying Sales
Affiliates earn a commission equal to 10% of qualifying purchases made through their approved affiliate link and/or approved discount code.
A qualifying sale is a completed purchase that:
- has been successfully paid,
- has been delivered to the customer, and
- has not been refunded, canceled, or charged back.
Commission is calculated on the net product value paid by the customer, after any applicable discounts, and excludes shipping, taxes, duties, and fees.
To keep commission tracking clear and fair, the following purchases do not qualify for commission:
- refunded, canceled, or charged-back orders,
- test orders,
- fraudulent transactions,
- self-purchases or self-referrals.
Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made by themselves or on their own behalf.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because our products include a return period, commissions are only finalized once an order is confirmed as completed.
If an order is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the related commission is automatically voided.
If a commission has already been paid out for a refunded or canceled order, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.
This ensures that commissions accurately reflect completed, successful purchases.
4. Payouts and Holding Period
Affiliate commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period starting from the date of product delivery. This holding period aligns with our return policy and helps ensure accurate payouts.
Payouts are processed once per month, between the 1st and 7th day of the month, for commissions that have successfully passed the holding period.
Example:
Orders delivered in February become eligible for payout between April 1–7, after the 30-day return window has passed.
Payouts are issued via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed payment methods. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
5. Promotion Guidelines
We encourage authentic, thoughtful promotion that reflects both your voice and the values of the Accordion Table brand.
Approved Channels
Affiliates may promote Accordion Table through channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, or similar platforms.
All channels must be reviewed and approved by us before publishing affiliate content. This helps ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity for your audience.
Prohibited Activities
To protect our customers, our brand, and our affiliate partners, the following practices are not permitted:
- running paid advertising targeting our brand name or close variations,
- misrepresenting pricing, availability, delivery timelines, or product features,
- implying false scarcity or making claims that have not been approved,
- using coupon, deal, or cashback websites,
- impersonating the brand or presenting yourself as the official store.
Brand Assets
Only approved brand assets may be used. This includes assets provided by us directly or content explicitly approved in advance.
Unapproved images, videos, or altered brand materials are not permitted.
Discount Codes
Discount codes may be provided only to selected affiliates and only with explicit approval.
Affiliates may not create, distribute, or promote discount codes unless authorized by us.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Affiliate commissions are always calculated on the final net product price paid by the customer, after any discounts.
Affiliate discount codes may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
From time to time, we may run store-wide promotions. If these affect commission eligibility or rates, we’ll make sure this is communicated clearly so expectations stay aligned.
7. Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable advertising guidelines, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and any other local regulations.
This disclosure must be easy to notice (not hidden in a "see more" section or a long list of hashtags) and placed appropriately on each platform (for example, using tags like “#ad”, “#paidpromotion”, or “Commission Earned”). Clear disclosure helps maintain transparency and trust with your audience and is a mandatory legal requirement for participation in this Program.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any affiliate from the program if these terms are violated or if affiliate activity is deemed misleading or harmful to the brand.
In such cases, unpaid commissions for non-qualifying or disputed orders may be withheld. Termination is intended as a measure to protect the integrity of the program and is used when necessary.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the program or operational requirements.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Whenever possible, updates will be communicated clearly to maintain transparency and continuity.
10. Tracking and Cookies
To ensure accurate commission attribution, we use a 60-day tracking cookie. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link, you will receive a commission if they complete a purchase within 30 days, provided:
- Your link was the last affiliate link clicked by the customer before the purchase ("Last Click" model).
- The customer has not cleared their browser cookies or changed devices in the meantime.
- The purchase is recorded through our affiliate tracking software (GoAffPro).
11. Relationship of Parties
The Affiliate and Accordion Table are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship. Affiliates have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accordion Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with the Program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under these Terms in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
13. Taxes and Compliance
Affiliates are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes, levies, or fees applicable to the commissions earned under this Program in their respective jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FTC disclosure guidelines (USA) or similar local advertising regulations.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
